Only one attempt to collect will be carried out by COP, if the customer fails to have the goods ready for collection at the agreed time then the return of goods will be the responsibility of the customer. All items returned must be suitably packaged in an outer carton with suitable packaging material to protect the goods; COP will NOT be responsible for any damage caused by return shipping. Please do not return products without an RMA number. Goods received without this will be returned back to the customer and delivery charges may be incurred.
